Plastic products design was initial stream of our company workscope. We started from scalemodels design with embedded electronics a lot of years ago. Nowadays our design team can design products made by injection molding technology, overmolding, blow molding, thermo- and vacuum forming, rotomolding and resin casting. Surely the mold design can be easily provided too.
The designed models are then tested in Simulation module for moldflow, strength and lifecycle. Our studies are formulated in convenient reports in PDF or presentation formats.
We also provide 3d printing prototyping of our designed plastic products in our own 3d printers.
