We have designed asphalt plant for Poland, plastic reprocessing plant for Israel (newdelek.com), now designing wood chips reprocessing plant for USA/Canada (cellofuel.com) and have several projects next in turn.
Automation and electronics
Our electronics and automation services start from PCB design and go up to industrial processes automation with SCADA systems design.
We use Arduino Industrial and Raspberry Pi microcontrollers. Our electronics engineering staff absolutely familiar with all types of sensors.
Based on our skills, since 2019 we have successfully entered into robotics industry and quickly expanding our business, designing and prototyping self-driving vehicles, precise mechatronic systems, developing artificial intelligence devices.
Plastic products design and analysis
Plastic products design was initial stream of our company workscope. We started from scalemodels design with embedded electronics a lot of years ago. Nowadays our design team can design products made by injection molding technology, overmolding, blow molding, thermo- and vacuum forming, rotomolding and resin casting. Surely the mold design can be easily provided too.
The designed models are then tested in Simulation module for moldflow, strength and lifecycle. Our studies are formulated in convenient reports in PDF or presentation formats.
We also provide 3d printing prototyping of our designed plastic products in our own 3d printers.
Photogrammetry and reverse engineering
We use Agisoft PHOTOSCAN and REALITY CAPTURE software for REVERSE ENGINEERING.
We apply photogrammetry technology for a lot of our projects: from geoscanning up to scalemodels reverse engineering.
Rendering and animation
We provide rendering and image postprocessing for better understanding how the final product would look.
The design can be visualized with appropriate background, exploded or cut-out views.
